HALLER LAKE 'MYSTERY TOUR':

The Haller Lake Community Club is sponsoring a Mystery Tour of seven area homes and gardens on Sunday, Sept. 9, from noon to 5 p.m. Tours begin at the Haller Lake Community Club building, located at 12579 Densmore Ave. N and include a Lakeside home. Proceeds from the event will support construction of handicap-accessible facilities in the non-profit Club's community building. The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children. PHINNEY/GREENWOOD GARDEN TOUR:

The Phinney Neighborhood Association will host tours of eight gardens in the Phinney Ridge and Greenwood neighborhoods on Sunday, Sept. 9, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event is sponsored by Fremont Gardens. Tickets are $5 per person and will be available at the Phinney Neighborhood Center, 6532 Phinney Ave N., the day of the event. An informal plant exchange will also take place at the Phinney Neighborhood Center. For details, call 783-2244.

WALLINGFORD GARDEN TOUR:

The Wallingford Neighborhood Office is presenting a garden tour event on Saturday, Sept. 22, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Learn how creative gardeners in the Wallingford neighborhood survived the drought season. A question-and-answer session will also be held. Tickets are $10 each (kids are free. Sorry, no pets) and can be purchased at the Wallingford Garden Spot.
